GRE were the electrical contractor on our house build in Mapua. Their input was one of the highlights of the build process. They provided great input on the design of all of the electrical systems covering lighting, PV, automation and general power and showed patience while we figured out our final requirements with other contractors. On the job they were courteous, on time, kept us informed, and did what they said they would do. We love the outcome and would recommend the GRE team to others.

This architecturally designed home required thinking outside of the box for a number of the lighting and power needs. Miniature spot lights and indirect lighting were installed in specific locations to highlight the various features that his home has had installed. A number of systems were installed in this house to achieve a very low energy consumption including:
- KNX Control for lighting and blinds via daylight and sun sensors.
- Solar PV Grid-tied System
- Mirco LED lighting throughout
- Control 4 System for audio/visual
- Security system for additional operation of lights/garage door.
