This prestigious central city commercial re-development was completed in 2009 under the watchful guise of the Nelson City Council.  This particular project was the Gold Medal Winner in the Commercial section of the ‘Nelson Master Builders House of the Year’ competition.

LED Lighting has been used to help the NCC reduce energy consumption in this very visual part of their main building.
