A high-end architectural home completed to the clients level of specification and minimal impact on the environment.  Lighting, HVAC and power systems are controlled via a KNX system with daylight and PIR sensors operating the lights and heating as required.  A Solar PV Grid-tied system powers parts of the home to reduce the power bill.  With Wifi control throughout to allow the wireless speaker system to operate anywhere on the property.  Landscape lighting has been installed to highlight both the house and garden’s from the outside.
